Breathing Exercise
First, let’s get into the breathing.
Breathe in through your nose, and then out through your mouth (do what works for you).
While doing this, imagine you are breathing in golden, violet, white, or blue light (whatever color you fancy) light. If you are not particularly visual, imagine you are breathing in good energy.
When you breathe out, breathe out through the mouth. Imagine dark energy (in whatever form necessary) coming out with your breath. While breathing out, also release problems, programs, and anything else that is bothering you including things that might be upsetting in your day-to-day life. This is the time to let it all go.
Do this breathing exercise until you feel you have released everything. Then start cycling the good light or energy in and out while you are breathing. After doing this a few times, go with your intuition when it tells you to start your meditation.
